Well... I had a decent experience here overall. Nothing too crazy, but everything went smoothly enough, so thanks!

I needed a different size, so I sent it back and the exchange was sorted out in about a week or so. Support did reply a bit late once, but it wasn’t really a big deal in the end. Overall, easy experience.

I got this as a quick gift, it was nice enough for that. The sizing did feel a little risky, but I don’t think that means it’s a bad buy or anything. It just depends on who you’re getting it for

As someone who really appreciates nice embroidery, I was disappointed with this. It looked cute at first, but the threads started coming loose way too quickly. I expected it to hold up better

I’ve ordered the same size twice now, and both times it fit me well. I know sizing can be hit or miss for some people, but i don’t have any complaints.

As someone who’s always chasing small-drop items, I was surprised they still had the limited edition one I wanted. So many sites make it look available, then it disappears at checkout, but this one actually went through with no issues. The site was simple, nothing stressful, and the order was easy. I’d definitely come back if they keep getting pieces like this.

There wasn’t any clear explanation, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help either. it kind of felt like the discount was just there to get me to start shopping, not something I was actually meant to use

I love the style and some of the pieces are ridiculously cute, like I definitely had a little moment scrolling through. But whew, the prices feel kind of intense for what you’re getting. Shipping was fine, not terrible or amazing, just... there. I’d probably shop again if there was a good sale, but paying full price feels a little too dramatic for my budget right now.

I’ve put my Rodeo Quincy item through a good amount of wear, and it’s held up better than I expected. The stitching still looks solid, and nothing has started to feel cheap or flimsy. Based on how it’s worn so far, I feel good about the quality.
